What Information do we use?

1. Online Portal

   If you choose to use our online portal to back up your application, we will link your portal account to this application for the purpose of backup ONLY. This account will not be shared to any third party under any circumstances.

2. Email Account

   If you choose to send backup files to your email address, we will ask for your email address. This email will only be used for sending the backup file ONLY and will not be stored anywhere within the application. The email address will not be shared to any third party under any circumstances.

How do we use this Information?

The information provided within the application is used for the purpose of backing up your database ONLY whether manually or automatically.

Confidentiality of Credentials

While we take all steps necessary to secure your credentials, you are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your application PIN.

You thus should:

1. Endeavour to always keep your PIN secret and confidential.
2. Supply right accounts (email) when performing backup to ensure your data does not fall into unwanted hands. We take no responsibility for such.

No Warranty

Mindflow Consulting provides Hatch Master as an open application under open license. While we take all steps technically feasible to protect your information associated with Hatch Master, we cannot ensure warrant the security of such information.

Changes to this Policy

Mindflow Consulting reserves the rights to revise this policy from time to time. The revised policy will take effect on the date mentioned on the revision and availed on this page. Where the policy on this page is different from the one displayed within the Hatch Master app, the policy on this website takes precedence.
