The safety of your Data is key, and we provide a seamless integration of Poultry Manager 2.0 and/or Hatch Master App to your portal for backup purposes. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through the Google Play App under the Subscriptions Menu by following these steps.

1. Open Google Play app on your phone or browser
2. Tap on your account avatar/icon
3. Click on Payments & Subscriptions
4. Click on Subscriptions
5. Proceed to select the desired subscription (Poultry Manager or Hatch Master) and cancel the subscription
6. Your account data will be deleted permanently within 90 Days
